It’s been a minute since we heard something new from Mavin Records superstar – Korede Bello but Mr Romantic is back with a bang in 2018 by premiering his well-anticipated single – “Melanin Popping”.
Produced by frequent collaborator and Mavin Records’ in-house producer, Altims, “Melanin Popping” visuals features a bevy of melanin popping ladies which makes for an eye candy.
For the first half of “Melanin Popping”, we have a pretty solid afropop song that finds Korede Bello extolling the beauty of black skin.
The music video, which was directed by Alexx A ends with Korede Bello channeling his inner Michael Jackson.
