It was my birthday on Wednesday *yaay*!! As much as I tried posting that day, I couldn't cos I was too busy. But if you care to know: It was fun all the way and I had lots of unexpected and surprise gifts that I'm still trying to recover from *lool*
OK so as you all know, this festive season is the time to rock those bright colors and lovely prints. However as much as geometric patterns, plaid, novelty prints, giant stripes and watercolor-inspired prints are indeed eye-catching and trendy nowadays, if you’re looking for timeless pieces that you can wear regardless of the season and trend, then your Leopard print is the way to go.
Leopard is a pattern that can definitely be worn all year long and across climates. It’s also beloved in just about any format from shirts to dresses, sweaters to pants, bags to shoes... You may think of a leopard print dress that will give you some edgy yet chic look or a leopard top on denim dungaree that looks perfect for the fluctuating weather this harmattan season.
I usually don't encourage mixing other prints with animal prints cos it will only take away the sophistication in you. However, teaming leopard, zebra, snake, and other animal prints together is superb and can create a more cohesive look.
