Media Personality Michelle Dede Shares Her Shocking Experience At The Hands Of Police Officers

Media personality Mechelle Dede has revealed what she went through at the hands of Nigerian Police when they harassed her at a stop.

The media personality took to her Insta Story to give a detailed account of what happened to her.

She said she was coming back from a vigil early in the morning and had been stopped by Policemen at the checkpoint at Adewunmi Adebimpe Drive in Lekki Phase 1.

They had tried to search her bag but had refused where a policeman had physically pushed her when their altercation got heated. No matter the form of explanation would suffice until Michelle had called a man to talk to the police.

According to Michelle, this is not the first time something like this is happening to her and warns lady to stay away from that particular checkpoint between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am in the morning.

At the end of it all, she pleaded for there to be a change in the system as it does not favor anybody.
