I am pretty certain some of us have taken notice to the gorgeous bag in town, like it's in every bag lover and fashionistas hand right now, have you guessed which bag I am talking about?
That's right! It's the "Dionysus GG supreme shoulder bag" and the "Sylvie leather shoulder bag" the Dionysus bag was first introduced to the fashion scene during the fall/winter 2015 collection under the creative direction of head accessories designer, Alessandro Michele and right now has become a must have for fashion lovers.
Gucci described this bag as a " structured GG supreme canvas bag with our textured tiger head closure- a unique detail referencing the Greek god Dionysus, who in myth is said to have crossed the river Tigris on a tiger sent to him by Zeus. The sliding chain strap can be worn in multiple ways, changing between a shoulder and a top handle bag"
Details of how the bag looks is given, it has antique silver toned hardware, pin closure with side release, tiger head closure, hand painted edges, interior zippered compartment, pocket under flap, sliding chain strap which can be worn as a shoulder strap with 15" drop or as a top handle with 8.5" drop, suede lining with GG supreme canvas inside the pockets, and made in Italy.
Recent collections though have included embroideries of bees, birds, flowers and other symbols, it is also available in all suede and all florals.
The Sylvie leather shoulder bag was first seen on the catwalk in Milan for the spring/summer 2016 collection, it comes in three different styles;
• The Top handle, this includes detachable shoulder strap
• Shoulder bag, comes with two interchangeable straps, one in leather, while the other one is made of multi color ribbon
• And the mini chain bag, it has a chain shoulder strap grosgrain web bow
It features black leather, interior open and smart phone pockets, it includes two shoulder straps: detachable leather shoulder strap with 13.5" drop, detachable web shoulder strap with 6.3 drop. It has nylon web detail with metal chain and buckle closure, also has micro fiber lining with a suede like finish, and it is made in Italy.
