Actress, singer, business woman, role model, revolutionary - Zendaya was the cover star for the powered by women November issue. She had this to say concerning being coloured "A lot of people who aren’t people of colour can’t quite understand what it’s like to grow up and not see yourself in mainstream media."
Fellow actress and a force of nature - Yara Shahidi meets the icon in the making and she did an interview on her as Zendaya answered some incredible questions from young fans. She said that "i'm inspired right now by people who use their platform:if people know your name, they should know it for a reason."
Zendaya isn't obviously here to sit back and relax, she is using her hard earned stardom to make big changes in Hollywood.
