A list of Instagram’s top earners has been released with Cristiano Ronaldo arriving in third place.

British blog HopperHQ have worked out that several stars are pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars for every photo they post, with the Real Madrid man scooping 400,000 US dollars for every image.

Topping the list were singer Selena Gomez, who has 122 million followers, and Kim Kardashian.

The pair bring in 550,000 US dollars and 500,000 US dollars per post, respectively.

Completing the list are models such as Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, with Lebron James bringing up the rear on a paltry 120,000 US dollars a pop.
